WHEREAS, a permit No. 92253, has been issued to permit the construction
of a private clearwater sewer service from the Minnesota Mutual Life Insurance
building, 345 Cedar Street, to the Cedar Street sewer main, and part of said
sewer service consists of a manhole and dropshaft which is being constructed at
the following location:
the intersection of a line 0. 17 feet North of and parallel to the
South property line of Fifth Street with a line 21 .83 feet East
of and parallel to the West property line of Cedar Street,
���� said sewer service being constructed under the supervision of the Public Works
Department according to the specifications of the Public Works Department, and
WHEREAS, the entire sewer service is being constructed at the expense of
the Minnesota Mutual Life Insurance Company, and it would benefit the City of
Saint Paul to accept this manhole and dropshaft, at no cost to the City, for
future City sewer connections, and it is agreeable to the Minnesota Mutual
Life Insurance Company that the City of Saint Paul accept said manhole and
dropshaft into the City sewer system, now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul does bereby accept said manhole and
dropshaft as dedicated by the Minnesota Mutual Life Insurance Company, for
maintenance and future use.
