WHEI�EAS, Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides
for payment of overtime work, and
WHER,EAS� the Commissioner of Public Utilities h.as
authorized overtime work in his department during the period �
from December 11, 1971 through December 24, 1971; therefore�
be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City Offzcers are hereby
authorized to pay the employees who performed such overtime
work in accordance with the provisions of Ordinances No. 6L�.46
and No. 3250.
