BE IT RESOLVED, That the proper city officials of the
City of Saint Paul be authorized to institute a trade with
the Great Plains Zoo, Sioux Falls, South Dakota, for one male
leopard presently belonging to the Como Zoo for one ma.le leopard
now in the possession of the Great Plains Zoo. The purpose of
the trade is to establish new blood lines with the animals now
in our possession. The �}reat Plains Zoo will transport their
leopard to St. Paul and pick up the one they would be getting
in exchange and they would assume all expenses instrumental to
the exchange.
