RESOLVED: That the City Council hereby grant permission
to the Humboldt High School Band to play a concert at City
Hall at 11:00 A.M. on October 20, 1971.
The band will leave City Ha.11 at 11:45 A.M. and march north
on Wabasha to Fifth, east on Fifth to Minnesota, and south
on Minnesota to Minnesota Federal Plaza where they will play
at 12 noon.
