P-0286) as follows: widen, grade and pave; construct curb and gutter; construct
street, alley and driveway returns; construct storm water drainage faci3.ities;
construct sewer, water and gas service connections; and construct concrete walk
on tr.e East side cf Berry Street from University Avenue to Pearl Street, and the
West side of Berry Stree� from University Avenue to Charles Avenue; and ao aIl
other work which is necessary and incidental to complete sa3d improvement.
