WHEREAS� Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides
for payment for overtime work� and
WHEREAS� the Commissioner of Public Safety has auth-
orized overtime work in his depar�ment (Police) during the
period from September 18� 1971 toOctober 1� 1971:
therefor be it
RESOLVED� that the proper City officers are hereby
authorized to pay the employees who performed such overtime
work in accordance with the provisions of Ordinances No. 6446
and No. 3250.
