WHEREAS, Additions and Deductions which might prove to be necessary
in the improvement described as the Construction of an Ornamental Residential
Lighting System for CONCORD TERRACE RENEWAL AREA, City Pro�ect No. M-0505,
Comptroller's Contract L-7329-1, Iioffman Electric Co., Contractor, have been
provided for in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, it has been found necessary to make the following additions,
to-wit:
Additions: Add seventeen (17) ornamental lighting units
at a lump sum addition of $17,995.00, and the
contract completion date is June 15, 1972, and
WHEREAS, the total addition is $17,995.00, now therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul, through the City Council, approves
the foregoing addition made in accordance with the specifications in the sum of
$17,995.00, said amount to be added to the lump sum consideration named in the
contract, known as Comptroller's Contract L-7329-1, the addition to be financed
by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority, letter of September 27, 1971. The
Commissioner of Public Utilities has agreed with the above named contractor that
the sum of $17,995.00 is the correct amount to be added to the above cofltract.
