WHEREA.S, The City of St. Paul has made application to the United States
Department of Labor for a grant under Section 6 of the Emergency Employment
Act of 1971 and
WHEREAS, This application is entirely separate and independent of
any previous applications or grants under the Emergency Employment Act of
1971, and therefore be it
RESOLVED, That a Special Revenue Fund be established to be known as
Public Employment Program - Section 6 (P.E.P. - Sec. VI). Al1 expenses of
this program shall be charged against this fund and all receipts for this
program shall be deposited to the fund, and further be it
RESOLVED, That the City Comptroller shall assign a fund number.
