WH EAS, Section 32 of Ordinance No. 3250 provides that when
a member of the Board of Review is unable to serve, the Mayor shall
nominate an alternate, and
WHEREAS, Melvin W. Schmidt, a member of said Board, is
unable to serve at a hearing scheduled for October 14, 1g71, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor, in accordance with the aforementioned
ordinance, nominates E1.woc>d L. Carlson as the alternate
to serve as a member of the Board of Review at said hearing; now
therefore be it
RESOLVED: that the appointment of Elwood L. Carlson
as alternate be and is hereby approved.
