RESOLVED, That the Council hereby ratifies and approves
the action of the Saint Paul Board of Appeals and Review for
the Housing, Building and Fire Prevention Codes at its meeting
of September 8, 1971, pertaining to the property located at
223-225 Arundel St. , owned by Norman Investments, a partnership
compri�ed of James S. Nordlie and Richard S. Goldman and
described as:
Lot 17, Block 1, Selby, McClung •
and Van Meter's Addition;
waiving the requirement of Section 54. 11 of the Saint Paul
Legislative Code that each dwelling unit be equipped with a
water closet, lavatory and bathtub or shower, to permit six
ba�hroom f acilities to serve eighteen apartments; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That said waiver be granted for as
long as the property is owned by the partnership of James S.
Nordlie and Richard S. Goldman, also known as Norman Invest�nents ,
and that at such time as the property be sold or any other
right, title or interest be transferred said waiver be nullified;
and be it
�� FINALLY RESOLVED, That the City Clerk is hereby authorized
� � v and directed to transmit a copy of this resolution to the
