WHEREAS, the Council of the City of 5aint Paul is informed by
, the City Architect that the vacant and open buildings located at:

-in the City of Saint Paul are a proximate hazard to the public health�
welfare and s afety; and
WHERE.AS, the last known record owners of s aid property are:
Axel Oscarson -- fee owner
Jessalyn L.B. Kath � contract purchaser.
-and said owners have failed to secure the same against entry by unauthorized
peraons in violation of 5ection 192. 18 of the Saint Paul Legislati�e Code, and
eaid vacant and open buildings have been found and determined by the Council
of the City of Saint Pa�l to constitute a menace to the public health, welfare
and aafety and a public nuiaance which must be imrnediately abated to prevent
lose of li£o or property; naw, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the City Architect is authorized and directed to
immediately secure said buildinge by the use of contract labor unde� Contract
No. T3.9�pending proceedings under the Hazardous Buildings Act; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the expense of securing such buildzngs be
paid from Fund No. 0979-26�, 5ummary Abatement, and that the Corporation
" Counael be directed to take appropriate action to reimburse said fund by
action againat the owner o:f said property. Estimated cost $199.75
