WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides
for overtime work, and
WHEREA.S, �he C1erk of Municipal Court ha� authorized
overtime work in his department during the period from
Segtember 18, 1971 to October 1. 1971, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City Officials are hereby
authorized to pay the employees who perform such oveltime
work in accordanee with the provisions of Ordinance No.
6446 and 3250.
