MIHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides for payaaent for
overti�e work, and
WHEREAS, the Co�issioner cf Public Safety has authorized overtime
work in his department (Bureau of Health) during the period from Septe�r 18,
1971 to October ] , 1971: therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper city officers are hereby authorized to pay the
employees who performed such overtime work in accordance with the provisions of
Ordinance No. 6445 and No. 3250.
