• RESOLVED, That the Cit o�incil hereby concurs in the action of
the Contract Committee in the ard of a contract for furnishing all
labor� ma�erials and equipment necessary or incidental to the CON-
STRUCTION OF AN ORNAMENTAL STREET LIGHTING SY5TEM for Thomas-Dale
Renewal Area Program, for the Department of Public Utilities to
HOFFMANN ELECTRIC C�MPANY for the contract price of $25�69C,�Plus
City Force Work - $650.00, Engineering and Inspection - $2,654.00)
as a result of Formal Bid #4733 and the specifications incorporated
therein. Hoffmann �Electric Company being the lowest responsible
bidder under the specifications and the Corporation Counsel is hereby
directed to draft the proper form of contract and obtain the neces-
sary performance and payment bonds. The proper City officials are
hereby authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of
St. Paul.
