WHEREAS� The Depa �nt of Public Safety ha.s requested the use
of a portion of the Publi�tilities Building, 100 East Tenth Street,
Saint Paul, Minnesota, more specifically, 2800 Square Feet on the
Fourth floor thereof, for office space to be used by the Criminal
Justice Information System for a five (5) year period; and
WHEREAS, The Commissioner of Public Utilities ha.s consented
to this request; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED' That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby concur in the actions taken by the Department of Public
Safety and consented to by the Department of Public Utilities� that
the Department of Public Safety use a portion (2,800 sq. ft. ) of
the Fourth floor of the Utility Building at 100 East Tenth Street
for the Crimina.l Justice Information System for a term of five (5)
years� subject to the Department of Public Safety assuming its costs
for electr=city� janitor service� rubbish removal, elevator mainten-
ance and redecorating, and heat and water being supplied by the
Depa.rtment of Public Utilities.
