C CIL RESOLUTION—GENERAL FORM

WHEREAS, in connection with the Thomas-Dale Renewal area, Project
No. A-1-3, Contract No. 71-115, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority
have let a contract to McCree � Co. to perform the construction on the
above-nentioned project in the amount of $117,384.20 which is to be
financed from Urban Renewal Bonds, and
WHEREAS, in connection with this project certain work is outside
the limits of Project A-i-3 and the City of St. Paul has agreed to pay
the full cost of this construction and,
WHEREAS, it is estimated at this time that the City of St. Paul 's
pvrtion of the total cost of this improvement will be $27,155.00 plus
Engineering and Inspection of $4,345.00 or a total estimated cost of
$31 ,500.00, now therefore be it,
RESOLVED, that the estimated cost of $31 ,500.00 be charged to the
Permanent lmprovement Revolving Fund, Code 6000 and this same fund to
be reimbursed from assessments against benefitted property.
