COMMISSIONE ATF
WI�REAS, The City of St. Paul, pursuant to C.F. 253131, did enter a
grant agreement with the State of Minnesota for the implementation of a
"Police Ordinance Disposal Equipment Program" under terms of the Omnibus
Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968, and
WHEREAS, This agreement authorized a grant of $12,680.00 to implement
this program, and therefore be it
RESOiLVED, That a Special Revenue Fund be established to be known as
the "Police Ordinance Disposal Equipment Fund" to which all receipts for
this project be deposited and all expenses be charged, and therefore be it
• _ FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City Comptroller shall assign a fund number.
