WHEREAS, The total dednctioa is $1128.94, and the Co�issioner of Public Works
has agreed with the Contractar that the amount of $1128.94 is the correct snm to b�
deducted fro� said contract, therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the City of St. Paul throngh its City Council approves the fore-
going deductions �ade in accordance �ith the Specifications in the sum of $1128.9k,
said amount to be deducted £rom the lump sum consideration named ia the contract,
known as Conptroller's Contract L-7393.
