WHEREAS , Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides
for overtime ivork, and
WHEREAS , The Clerk of Municipal Court has authorized
overtime work in his department during the period from
November 13 , 1971 to November 26, 1971 , �herefore be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City Officials are hereby
authoriZed to pay the employees who perform such overtime
work in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No.
6446 and 3250.
