RES�LVED, That the proper City officers are hereby
authorized to execute, on behalf of the City of Saint Paul,
lease agreement with Rylander Incorporated tor the lease of
the first floor of the building located at 1001 Payne Avenue,
Saint Paul, Minnesota, said lease agreement being for a term of
one year commencing January 1, 1972, and at a rental of $425.00
per month, the prope=ty to be occupied and used for t1�e Gity' s
Code Enforceeaent Program, the form of lease agreemeat to be
subject to the approval of the Eorporation Coun�sel.
