YARD STORM SEWER SYSTEM, City Proj�ct No. 71-S-1454, Robert W. Moore Company, Con-
tractor, the specif ied date of completion is October 15, 1971, and
WHEREAS, The contractor was not able to complete the contract bq said date o£
completion, therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the proper City Officials be and they are hereby anthorized and
directed to egecute an amendment to said contract extending the time of completion
���j/�j to October 27, 1971, provided }�owev�r, that this resolutio� shall have no force or
r � � effect unless the sureties on the contractor's bond consent thereto and file snch
conseat in writing with the City Comptroller, and be it
FURTSEx RESOLVED, That the City of Saint Paul hereby waives all cl�im for
liquidated damages and that no engineering and i�spection costs on this project
wfll be charged to the contractor for such extended period.
