said extra to cover the following:
Provide and install in Storage Room 8F: New slop
sink, 30-gal. hot water heater, necessary waste
vent and water connections to the new fixtures, hot
water connection to existing lavatory in Toilet Room

made with the contractor, and a memorandum of said. agreement having been
