RESOLVED, that a net extra in the amount of Four Thousand Two Hundred.
Ninety Dollars ($4, 290) be allowed under Contract L-7344 between the City of
Saint Paul and the Reuben L. Anderson-Cherne, Inc. , said contract for Mechanical
Piping and. Control Work for the Saint Paul Civic Center Multi-Purpose Arena Building,
and said extra to cover the following:
l. Omit pumped condensate return system to have been
furnished. by N. S. P. , and pipe condensate to floor
drain DEDUCT $ 122. 00�
2. Add floor drain in Arena floor level concession
space 31 ADD 210. 00
3. Move location of new manhole #3 to area over
actual location existing sewer main ADD 1, 075. 00
4. Ad.d floor drains, laundry trays with associated
piping to provide "Vend.or's Commissary" rooms ADD 3, 127. 00
Total $4, 290. 00
-said workizaving been requested by the Civic Center Authority , and. agreement
made with the contractor, and a memorand.um of said agreement having been filed
with the Comptroller and countersigned by him. Charge to 6000-604 to be reimbursed
from 7420-460. Job #70-45,
