WHEREAS, In the matter of Comptroller Contract L-7329-1, City
Pro3ect Number M-0505, for an Ornamental Lighting System in the
Concord Terrace Renewal Area, Hoffmann Electric Company of Saint Paul
and the Completion Date is August 31, 1971 and
WHEREAS: There has been a change in the Contract adding lights
to be installed, therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the proper citq officials be and are herebq
authorized and directed to execute an Amendment to said Contract
extending the time o£ completion to April 15, 1972 provided however,
that this resolution shall have no force or effect nuless the sureties
on the Contractor's �i0�d consent thereto and file such consent in
writing with the Citq Comptroller and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the citq of Saint Paul hereby waives all
claim for liquidated damages and that no engineering and inspection
costs oa this pro�ect will be charged to the Contractor for such
extended period.
