benefited by the said improeement, and in the case of each lot,part or parcel of land in accordance with
the benefits confer•red thereon; that the said assessment haa been completed, and that hereto attached,
identified by the signature of the said Co7nmissioner, and made a part hereof, is the said assesament as
cam�pleted by him, and whieh is herewith submitted to the Co i for uch action eon as may be
considered proper.
