City's , liability hereunder is limited to the amount of Federal reimbursement to be receined by City under said Gran� Agreement ' and City may terminate this agreement if Sub-Grantee shall vialate any oP the covenant� e agreements or stipulatfans of this Agrecment , or iP the U. S.
