RESOLVED, that out of the Workmen' s Comp�nsation Account
of the General Fund weekly compensation of �80.00 be paid Mae
G. Ben�hoof while she is temporarily totally disabled by reason
of injuries she received on October 12, 1971, while employed by
the Purchasing Department and that �40.00 in final settlement,
to and including October 21, 19'71, is now due and payable; and
be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that Council File No. 256441, approved
November 19, lg'71, be rescinded in its entirety.
