having heard all persons, objections and recommendations relative thereto, and having fully conaidered

approval; that upon said approval, the proper city officials are hereby authorized and directed to pro-
ceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.

The Co�nissioner of Public Works9 having had under consideration the preliminary
order of the Council known as Council File Noe 252419 approved
Feb. llth. 19 71 relative constructing new sidewalk on the north side
of North Park Drive from Ruth St. to Winthrop St. and bv doing all other work
which is necessary and incidental to complete said 3mprovement.
and having investigated the enatters and thinge referred to therein, hereby reports:
1, The estimated cost thereof is $4e40 per lin. ft, for standard sidewalk
5 ft. wide and $S>30 per lin. ft. for standard sidewalk 6 ft. wide,
2. A plan, profile or sketch of said improvement is hereto attached and
made a part thereof,
3. Initiated by the Commissioner of Public Works %
4e Improvement is asked for upon petition
