The Commissioner of Public Works9 having had under consideration the preliminary
order of the Council known as Council File Noe 252422 approved
Feb. llth. 19 71 relative constructing and/or reconstructing the side-
walk on both sides of Ivp Ave. from Luella St. to Ruth St. and bq doing all other
work which is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement.
