To the Connnissioner of Finance of the City of St. Paul:
The Co�nissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary
order of the Council known as Council File No. 252289 ^approved
Feb. 3rd. 19 71 relative to constructing new sidewalk on both sides
of Parkview Ave. from N. St. Albans St. to the west approuimately 60 ft. and
bq doing all other Work which is necessarv and incidental to complete said im-
provement.
and having investigated the mattera and things referred to therein, hereby reports:
1. The estimated cost thereof is $4.40 per lin. ft. for standard sidewalk
5 ft. wide aad $5.30 pex lin. ft. for standard sidewalk 6 ft. wide.
2. A plan, profile or sketch of said improve�ent is hereto attached and
made a part thereof.
