directed to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, and submit same to the Council for

ceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.

To the Comanissioner of Finance of the City of St. Paul:
The Commissioner of Public Worka, having had c�nder consideration the preliminary
order of the Council known as Council File No. 252290 approved
Feb. 3rd. , 1971 relative to reconstructinQ the sidewalk on both sides
of Hatch Ane. from Chatsworth_ St. to Oxford St. and bv doin¢ all other work which
is necessarv and incidental to complete said im�rovement.
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby reporta:
1. The estimated cost thereof is $4.40 per line ft, for standard sidewalk
5 ft. wide aad $5.30 per lin. fto for standard sidewalk 6 ft, widee
2. A plan, profile or stcetch of said improvemeat is hereto attached and
made a part thereof.
