the above improvement ha.ving been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same _
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the aaid assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RFSOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had an sa.id assessment on the siath
day of May, 1971 , , at th� hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Ghamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of sa.id meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and pl�ce of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount a.ssessed against the lot or lots of th�ticular
owner to whom the notice is directed.
