, � and across that part of the Burlington Northern Inc. Right-of-Way in the
Southeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 29N, Range 22W, Ramsey County,
Minnesota lying 15 feet on either side of a line described as follows :
Commencing at the southeast corner of Section 29; thence bearing N 0° 13' W
along the east line of said section 29 a distance of 1118.20 feet to the point
of beginning of the line to be described; thence bearing N 84° 43' W a distance
of 272.30 feet to a point; thence along a curve to the right (radius 660 feet,
delta angle = 21° O1 ') for a distance of 242.09 feet to a point; thence
continuing along a straight line tangent to last described curve bearing N -
63� 42' W for a distance of 98.74 feet to a point; thence along a curve to the
left (radius = 300 feet� delta angle = 12° 41 ') for a distance of 66.41 feet to
a po3,nt; thence along a curve to the right (radius = 200 feet, delta angle = 250
