, and across those parcels of land in tMe NW� of the NE� Section 32, Township
29, Range 22 described as follows:
All of Lot 14, Block 2, Irvine's 2nd Additlon and that part of Lot 13 of
said addition lying east of a ltne run from a point on the south line of Lot
13, 70 foot distance from the SW corner of said lot to a point on the north
line of Lot 13, 100 foot distance from the NW corner of said lot.
A 40 foot strip of land across the Burlington Northern Right-of-Way lying
NEIy of and adjacent to a line running across satd R/W in the southeasterly
direction beginning at the south corner of Lot 14, Block 2, Irvine's 2nd
Addttion having an angle of 42° 50' with the southerly extension of the east
line of Drewry Lane.
Also except for Minnehaha Avenue a 25 foot wide strip of land lying between
the northeaste�ly line of above described 40 foot wide strip of land and the
north line of the NW,� of the NE� Section 32, Township 29, Range 22 and lying
southeasterly of and adjacent to the southeasterly line of Block 2, Irvine's
2nd Addition. This easement being necessary for the construction of a relief
and ciearwater sew�er being built under Pub1Pc Works Project 5-1359g PHALEN
CREEK-North Street to Weide Street. �
