WHEREAS� Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and providea
for payment for overtime work� and
�i�IFREAS� The Commissioner of Pnblic Safety has auth-
orized overtime work in his department (Police) during the
period from March 20 to April 2� 1971
therefore be it
RESOLVED� that the proper Ci�y officers are hereby
authorized to pay the employees who performed such overtime
work in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 6446
and No. 3250.
