having heard a11 persons, objections and recommendations relative thereto, and having fully considered
the same; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of St. Paul that the precise nature, extent and kind of un-
provement to be made by the said City is

RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and is hereby instructed and
clirected to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, and submit same to the Council for
approval; that upon said approval, the proper city afficials axe hereby authorized and directed to pro-
ceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.

The Connuissioner of Pnblic Works, having had under consideration the preliminary
order of the Council knosan as Council File No. 252059 approved
Jaa. 21et. 19 71 relative to reconstructin�t the sidewalk on both sides
of Hazelwood St. from S. 7th. .St. to Stillwater Ave. and bv doing all other work
which is necessarv aad incidental to c aaplete said improvemeat.
and having investigated the soatters and things referred to therein, hereby reports:
l. The estimated cost thereof is $4e40 per lino ft. for standard sidewalk
5 ft, wide and $5.30 per lin, fto for standard sidewalk 6 ft. wideo �
2. A plan, profile or sketch of said improvement is hereto attached and
made a part thereof. ��
