In the Matter of reconstructing the sideWalk on the south side of Daytc�n Avenne
from Otis Avenue to the east approaimately 154 feet and by doing all other Work
which is uecessary end incidental to camplete said i�nprc�ve�nt,
under Preliminary Order 252970 approved March 10�1977
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the sa.id report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to reconstruct the sid�valk on the south side of Dayten Avenue from �tis Aneane
to the east approximately 1S0 feet and by doing all other work Which is a�cessary
aad incidental to co�plete said improvement, except where good and sufficieat ponred
sidewalks n� exist,
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is � 4.�� per lin ft for 5' wide Walk
$ 5.30 per lin ft tor 6' wide Walk
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 97t�+ day of
April, 1971 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
heaxing, the na.ture of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
