Marshall City Clerk Room 386 City Hall Dear Sir: � This is written in response to the application of Camelot Chateau, Inc. for a permit to install a 172-car parking lot to be used in conjunction with an apartment project on property adjoining vacated West California Avenue and vacated Park Street. The property is further described in detail by the legal description on file. This matter was heard at the February 18, 1971, Board of Zoning meeting, at which time the staff reported that the revised plans which provide for internal parking meet design standards. Representing the application was Mr. Roy Spannaus, who said that a portion of the property has been dedicated to the City for a street, and that portions of California Avenue and Park Street are being vacated for the project.
