RESOLVED, That the Council hereby ratifies and approves
the action of the Saint Paul Board of Appeals and Review for
the Housing, Building and Fire Prevention Codes at its meeting
of March 10, 1971, pertaining to the property located at
59 Irvine Park, owned by Frieda Brueggeman, and described as :
Lot 4, Block 35, Rice and Irvine's Addition;
waiving the requirement of Section 54.11 of the Saint Paul
Legislative Code that each dwelling unit be equipped with a
water closet, lavatory, and bathtub or shower, to permit
four apartments to share one bathroom on the first floor,
four apartments to share one bathroom on the second floor,
and two apartments to share one bathroom on the third floor,
on condition that no more than fifteen people occupy the
building at any one time; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That said waiver be granted until such
time as the property, located at 59 Irvine Park be sold or
any other right, title or interest be transferred at which
time said waiver be nullified; and be it
FINALLY RESOLVED, That the City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to transmit a copy of this resolution to the
Ramsey County Register of Deeds .
