having heard all persons, objections and recommendations relative thereto, and having fully conaidered

provement to be made by the said City is

The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary
order of the Council known as Council File No. 252049 approved
Jan, 21st. 1971 relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on the west
side of Svlvan St. from Front Ave. to Lawson Ave. and by doing all other work
which is necesaarv and incidental to complete said improvement.
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby reporta:
1. The estimated cost thereof is $4.4� per lino ft, for standard sidewalk
S ft. wide and $5.30 per line ft, for standard sidewalk 6 ft, wfde.
2. A plan, profile or sketch of said improve�nt is hereto attaehed and
made a part thereof.
3. Initiated by the Commissioner of Public Works X
