To the Comanissioner of Finance of the City of St. Paulo
The Coumiisaioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary
order of the Council known as Council File Noe 252085 approved
Jan. 22nd. 19 71 relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on the east
side of Cretin Ave. from 136 �t. south of Temple Court to 140 ft. ncrth of Temple
Court and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to cmnplete
said improvement.
and having investigated the �natters and things referred to therein, hereby reporta:
1. The estimated cost thereof is $4.40 per lin. ft. for standard sidewalk
5 ft. wide and $5.30 pex lin. fto for standard sidewalk b ft. wide.
2. A plan, profile or sketch of said improvement is hereto attached and
made a part thereof.
