To the Commissioner of Finance of the City of St. Paul:
The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary
order of the Council known as Council Fi1e No. 25192� approved
January 12, 19 71 relative to reco�structing the sidewalk on the south
side of Case Ave. from Algonquin Ave. to Iroquois Ave. and by doing atl other
work which is necessary and incidental to compiete said improvement.
and having investigated the unatters and things referred to therein, hereby reports:
1. The estimated cost thereof is $4.40 per 1in. ft. for standard sidewalk
5 ft. wide and $5.30 per lin. ft. for etandard sidewalk 6 ft. wide.
2. A plaa, profile or sketch of said improvemeat is hereto attached and
made a part thereof.
