To the Commissioner of Finance of the City of Sto Paul;
The Commisaivner of Public Works, having had under consideratfon the preliminary
order of the Council kno�m as Council File No. 251925 approved
January 12, 19 71 relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on the east
side of lroquois Ave. from the south property line of Lot 8, Blk. 6, Beaver
Lake Heights to Case Ave. and by doing other work which is necessary and
incidental to complete said improvement.
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby reports:
1. The estimated cost thereof is $4<40 per lin. ft. for standard sidewalk
5 ft, wide aad $5.30 per lin. fto for standard sidewalk b ft, wide. �
2. A plan, profile or sketch vf said improvement is hereto attached and
made a part thereof.
