To the Commissioner of Finance of the City of St, Paule
The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary
order of the Council known as Council File No. 25�9�4 approved
January 12, 1�1 relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on the north-
east side of Gotzian St. from .Fremont St, to E. 4th St, and on the southwest
side of Gotzian St, from the south property line of Lot 51 , Blk. 21 , A. Gotzians
Re. to E. 4th St, and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental
to complete said improvement.
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby reports:
l. The estimated cost thereof is $4040 per lina ft. fmr standard sidewalk
5 ft. wide and $5.30 per lin, fto for standard sidewalk b ft. widee.
2. A plan, profile or sketch of said improvement is hereto attached and
made a part thereof.
3. Initiated by the Connnnissioner of Public Works X
4. Improvement is asked for upon petition
