The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 20th day of
April. 1971 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hail Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.

The Commissioner of Public Worksy having had under consideration the preliminar�
order of the Council known as Council File Noo 252663 approved
Feb. 24th. 1971 relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on the west
side of So. Robert St. from E.. King St. to the south approximately 220 ft. and
on the east side of So. Robert St. from E. Elizabeth St. to E. King St. and bq
doins� all other work which is necessary and incidental to complete said improve-
ment.
