WHEREAS, The Western Regional Zoos aad Aquariums Conference is
being held at Sacramento, California, March 28 through 31, 1971; and
WHEREAS, A list of Como Zoo "surplus" and '4aant" animals is on
file in the office of the Citq Purchasing Agent, with the values being
� established bq the Commissioner of Parks and Recreation and Public Buildings;
naw therefore be it
RESOLVED, That Carlo Pphaluoto, Como Zoo Foreman, be herebq
authorized to attend the coaference of the A.A.Z.P.A., and to negotiate for
the sale of said animals at a price of not less than the nalue indicated on
the "surplus" list, and to negotiate for the purchase of animals at not more
than the value indicated on the "want" list. The lists are as follaws:
