WHEREAS, An Ordinance, C.F. No. ������ , granting permission to Land
Of Lakes Inc. to proceed with the construction, operation and maintenance of
storage tanks and footings in a portion of Grove Street Right-of-way according
to the plans and specifications approved by and on file with the Department of
Public Works has been prepared and introduced to the Council of the City of
St. Paul , and will be adopted o� �q R q �g 71 to be effective
eventually on Ap R 1 2 1971 ; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, That pending the said Ordinance becoming effective, the
Commissioner of Public Works is hereby authorized a�d directed to issue a
permit to Land of Lakes Inc. for the construction, operation and maintenance
of storage tanks and footings in a portion of Grove Street Right-of-way,
subjec.�t, �b me conditions and requirements as set out in Ordinance C.F.
No. �� , pending before the Council of the City of St. Paul ,
informai approval of said construction, operation and maintenance of the
storage tanks and footings being hereby given in anticipation of the final
adoption and approval of said Ordinance.

Dear Sir:
As per your request in your letter of March 16, we have signed and enclosed
the acceptance relating to Council File No. 25288, ordinance No. 14739.
A Surety Bond in the amount of $25,000. and a Certificate of Liability Insurance
naming the City of St. Paul as additional insured was mailed to Mr. Allen Shetka,
234 City Ha11 on February 25, 1971.
A check in the amount of $42.30 covering puhlication fee is being �iled to the
Commissioner of Finance today.
