OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK F�`E CO NC RES LUTION—GENERAL FORM PRESENTED BY • � COMMISSIONE pTF WHEREAS, the Committee on Lands, composed of the Mayor, the Purchasing Agent, the Commissioner of Finance, and the Commissioner of Parks and Recreation and Public Buildings of the City of 5aint Paul, has secured an agreement for the purchase of that certain property described as follows: Lot twenty-seven (27) in Block six (6) in Como Prospe+�t Addition, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for Ramsey County, Minnesota; and WHEREAS, the property described therein is necessary for the Loeb Lake Park Site, Open Space Land Project No. Minn. Ronkowski and Helen A. Ronkowski, record fee owners, the sum of $425.00, said sum to be paid to the aforesaid vendors from PIR Code 6000, to be reimbursed from Fund 9769-501-001, upon their furnishing evidence of good marketable title in the aforesaid vendors, and the total payment to be made upon tender by said parties of appropriate deeds conveying title to said property to the City of Saint Paul.
