THIS LEASE, made this day of . , 19 ,
by and betxeen the CITY OF SAINT PAUL, a municipal corporation under the lar�s oP
the State of Minnesota, her�inafter referred to as "CITY", and

hereinafter referred to as "Tenant" ;
The City hereby leases to Tenant and Tenant hereby hires and takes, to
be occupied and used solely as the site of a private dwelling unit Por Tenant
and his own in:mediate family, the premises kno�m and described, and for the
term, as follows: ' . �

Tenant agrees to pay the sum of 50.00 per month as rent at Bureau
of Valuations, 286 City Hall & Court House To have and to
hold the same for the t�rm coicmencing on the lst day of February ,
19 71 , and expiring on the 28th day of February, , 19 71 ,
inclusive, and fram month to month thereafter. Such tenancy may terminate as
�ollows:
a. Tenant may terminate the lease at ar�y date during the month
by giving the City fifteen (15) days notice in writing.
b. Termination of the tenancq by the City shall be upon ninety
(90) days written notice to the tenant except for the fol-
lowing, in which case the City retains the right to evict with- �
� out notice:
l. Failure to pay rent. �
2. Maintenance of a nuisance or use oP the premises for
illegal purposes.
3- A material breach of the rental agreement.
This lease agreement shall apply only to the land herein described. The
dwelling and appurtenant structures located th�reon are the personal property
of the Tenant having been purchased from the City and axe to be renoved from
said land in accordance with the conditions of the sale thereof as set forth
in Department of Paxks, Recreation and Public Buildin�s Specifications, Job No.
70-87. �
The date oP termination of this lease agrec�rnent shall be the date of
the certification by the City Architect that a11 conditions of the sale as
hereinbefore noted hrj.ve .been complied with.
The Tenant agrees to keep the premises continually in a neat, clean, and
. orderly condition and will keep th� sidewalks in fYont of and along side said
premises cleaned of ice and snaw or other ob�ectionable material. Al1 ashes,
garba�e and refuse ot' any kind is to be removed by the Tenant or at the Tenant's
expense.
