WHEREAS, Additions which might prove to be necessary in the Improvement
described as the 1969 Traffic Signal Cont�act, Comptroller's Contract L-7168,
City Project No. T-1014A, Commonwealth Electric Co. , Contractor, have been
provided for in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, It has been found necessary to make the following additions:
See attached Cor�tract Change Agreement No. l , $1 ,836.g0, and
WHEREAS, The total addition is $1 ,836.90 and the Canmissioner of Public
Works has agreed with the Contractor that tF�e amount of $1 ,836.90 is the correct
sum to be added to said contract, therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the City of St. Paul through its City Council approves the
addition made in accordance with the Specifications in the sum of $1 ,836.90,
said amou�t to be added to the lump sum consideration named in the contract
known as Comptr'olter's Contract L-7168, and which amount is to be financed as
fol lows:
